I just need to turn off my brain for a while I think so that is impossible to over think anything!
There’s too much time to think during the day and it causes me to get so stuck up in my head!
I’m jut afraid of over thinking things and getting myself into trouble again in terms of planning and organizing and eating and checking off everything on my ‘To-Do List’. I just want to go with the flow (the flow that is not derived from my convoluted mind) and eat when I’m hungry and accomplish things as I need to/feel like it and not have to put pressure on myself to be constantly productive. Getting there, one step at a time.
